The Steering Committee is made up of non-governmental organizations with a track record in sustainability and smart growth related work. The Committee has a more “hands-on” role in developing the SGCN E-Learning capacity building strategy and its implementation. Participation is based on the interest area of the NGO representative, so that their time is spent strategically.
